JKKP / DOSH Inspection
Every elevator and escalator with a PMA number must be inspect by JKKP inspectors everyfifteen (15) months to renew the lift fitness certificate. As a registered lift company it is our duty to do all of the work required to get a JKKP (DOSH) inspection; we’ll schedule a visit by JKKP (DOSH) inspector and advise the owner or management the necessary preparation before the inspection.

Preventive Maintenance
It is required to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. The elevator and escalator system needs to be serviced at least once a month to prolong the life span of the moving parts and also complied with safety and code requirements and keeping the passengers safe.

Even though, every units of elevator and escalator is checked and serviced every months but there still will be factor of parts failures due to worn out or life span.When any parts or components of elevator or escalator needed repair or replacement, pti-elevator can diagnose the system failure and immediately do the necessary repairs without delay.
